Bought a ‘motool slacker’ electronic sag measuring device from Ricky mountain. Literally 10 minutes after receiving it I had batteries in and used it to check the sag on my motorcycle. The thing would display total gibberish 3 out of 4 attempts, with the 4th time giving some kind of measurement, which obviously I couldn’t trust. Attempted to return it to Rocky Mountain the next day and was told ‘no warranty on electronic items’
This says they KNOWINGLY peddle garbage and base their business model on denying returns
I’m simply now gonna dispute the charge on my CC

My review is for the whole, and I am astounded at their customer service. Complete bunch of liars. This place used to be the absolute best to shop. Complete turn around from when they started. Everytime I have to contact cs, all I get is lies. I email the cs team and no response.

I love RM/ATV and gets lots here. Just a note, probably won't be buying oil anymore, it came partially open and leaked everywhere. Would help if the caps were checked and put in plastic before boxed and shipped.

Please read reviews of this company and take them to heart! Such a horrific waste of time. Placed an order on 5/6 at around midnight, then they started CALLING AND CALLING the next day needing to speak with me to verify that we live where we live, and we were who we are, and we really wanted the order after all. Well I missed their calls. They left detailed messages, and then I tried to call back. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes (most of my lunch break), I texted the number they provided and a rep finally responded, supposedly got the info she needed and cleared the order. Then they started CALLING AND CALLING AGAIN that afternoon. I missed the calls because I am WORKING and CAN'T ANSWER AT WORK. They left multiple messages. One message said they were sending an email and if I responded to the email they would promptly call me back. They did not respond at all, even after I responded twice. So I texted again to the same number and a different rep said they "skipped a step in the process" and needed to charge my card a small amount, then have me call back to give them the amount after calling my bank (as if I hadn't been inconvenienced enough already) or "login to my account" to get the amount (we DON'T have ONLINE ACCOUNTS, WE GET PAPER STATEMENTS ONLY). So I told him we have lived at the same address sine 1981, had credit scores in the 800s, the shipping address matched the billing address, and we were NOT going to jump through their hoops for this order. I CANCELLED the order. We have NEVER in our lives been asked to do this and we make online orders REGULARLY. Please don't waste your time with these people, we will be going back to the plentiful other online motorcycle shops who we order from regularly who make our lives so much easier and are now greater appreciated!

Billed me and did not send product...worst experience ever! Don't bother with their chat pain in the ass to get anyone to talk to..

My order was placed outside of my Fence that has a sign on it stating to place packages over the fence and was stolen. RC stated the package was delivered when no package was found. Shipping info says it was placed at the front door even tho my house is gated. RC refuses to refund the purchase due to shipping saying it was delivered even tho it was left on county property. Had the same issue with amazon and didn't have any problems getting new product shipped to me.

I ordered a set of acerbis plastics, recieved them and decided to return them. I did not even open the plastic packaging they were in, only put them back in the box and shipped them back for return. They now are claiming that I mounted the plastics and scratched them even though I did not even open their original packaging and will not offer me a refund.

I ordered tire for my Honda UTV from the RM website under their DOT approved tires. After receiving them the tires were marked "off road only". I contacted customer service and their answer was, "no, those tires are not DOT approved." However, I plainly shopped the DOT tires section of their website. I understand this company is large enough to not care what one customer thinks, so, I had not other option than to come to this public forum. Lesson learned. Look at reviews before using a company online. Many bad reviews obviously speak for themselves.

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is a great business and their customer service is quick and on point. Their prices are great too. I use them for all my aftermarket and OEM honda parts.

Mostly happy with them. They seem to take care of warranty issues fairly. I only wish they had more variety and OEM parts.

Terrible customer service and store policies. Give your money to a company that actually wants it. Unbelievable.

Yet another fail with Rocky Mountain ATV. How are they in business? I gambled with them again and lost again! they claim the item shipped but didn't provide shipping info until asked twice. Use a company like Super ATV or UTV direct. This place is the worst.
